Contact Wildlife Pros

One call starts it: a real person on the line, a free inspection, and a plan in writing.

If there’s an animal inside your living space right now — a bat circling the bedroom, a squirrel loose in the kitchen — skip the form and call (615) 422-5923. Those calls jump the line. If a door can put the bat in a room by itself, shut it, pack a rolled towel into the gap at the floor, and leave the rest to us.

Request Service or Ask a Question

Tell us what’s going on and we’ll get back to you fast — usually the same day.

A quick note on what we don’t do: cats, dogs, and other pets are outside our line of work — that’s a job for Metro or county animal services, who can get there far faster than we can. And if the animal you’ve found is injured or visibly sick, the kindest move is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator; the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency keeps a public directory of licensed rehabilitators across the state at tn.gov/twra/wildlife/find-a-rehabilitator.html.

What Happens When You Call

A human being picks up — no hold music, no call center. We’ll listen to what’s happening at your place, ask where the activity is and how long it’s been going on, and get your free inspection on the calendar. Once we’ve walked the property, you’ll see everything we found, and the price goes on paper before any work gets scheduled. You decide from there — no pressure, no fine print.

Contact & Scheduling FAQ

Calls are picked up seven days a week from 6 AM to 11 PM, and form messages usually get a same-day reply. If the situation is urgent — an animal loose inside your living space — call (615) 422-5923 rather than waiting on the form.
Nothing. The inspection is free, and so is the written quote that follows it. We go over the whole structure, point out everything we find, and the price arrives in writing — no charge, no obligation.
We can’t — pets and strays go through your city or county animal services, and they’ll reach you faster than we would. Our lane is wild animals getting into buildings, not the domestic kind.
Reach a licensed wildlife rehabilitator — they hold the permits, training, and facilities to give that animal a real chance. TWRA publishes a directory of licensed rehabilitators across Tennessee at tn.gov/twra/wildlife/find-a-rehabilitator.html. Getting healthy nuisance wildlife out of buildings is our specialty; caring for injured animals is theirs.
Anything you’ve noticed: what the sounds are and what time of day you hear them, where on the house the activity seems centered, and any droppings, smells, or damage you’ve spotted. Photos are welcome but never required — the free inspection fills in the rest.
Yes. The phone is answered Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and some emergency services are available after hours. Wildlife doesn’t take the weekend off, so neither does the phone.
