Humane Removal & Exclusion
No Poisons — Safe for Kids & Pets
When something is scratching over your ceiling at two in the morning, you don't want a route technician with a can of foam. You want somebody who can name the animal by its sound, get it out without hurting it, and close the house so thoroughly the question never comes up again. That's the job Nashville Wildlife Pros was built for.
Austin Jahner learned this trade inside a family that's practiced it since 1998 — his father, a master carpenter in New York, turned attic calls into a craft, and Austin carried that craft to Middle Tennessee. The carpentry lineage is the part you'll notice: our repairs are fabricated for the exact gap, fastened to stay, and finished so cleanly that most visitors couldn't point to where the animal got in.
Nashville's growth keeps us busy. Every graded lot and cleared treeline pushes displaced wildlife toward the nearest quiet attic, deck, or crawl space — and in this part of Tennessee, that's a lot of crawl spaces. Whatever moved in, we'll get it out, treat it decently on the way, and make sure your home stops being an option.
"I would recommend to anyone who has a wildlife problem at home."
Drive any Middle Tennessee street and you can spot the industry's usual answer to wildlife: a blob of expanding foam under an eave, raw wire stapled across a vent. Those patches lose to teeth and weather within a season or two, and the fine print usually guaranteed only the patch — so when the animal returns three feet to the left, that's billed as a brand-new job.
We were raised to a different standard. Every opening gets a fix built for that opening — metal cut to the profile, mesh and mortar where digging or chewing is the threat, paint and finish matched so the repair belongs to the house. It's the difference between covering a hole and actually retiring it.
Because the work is built to hold, we put our name on it: industry-leading written guarantees on our exclusion work, and if an animal ever defeats a point we sealed, the repair trip is ours to make, free. A humane wildlife company that seals houses properly doesn't fear its own warranty; a pest control outfit selling you a recurring plan is telling you it expects to be back.

Our Philosophy
What Humane Means on Our Trucks
Plenty of companies print the word; here's how we spend it. Trapped animals are checked promptly and moved on quickly — nothing waits out a hot afternoon in a cage. Females get examined for nursing before a single opening is closed, and where there's a litter, we bring the young out by hand so families leave together. Orphans travel to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. Bats exit on their own schedule through one-way devices timed around maternity season. Every animal is handled humanely and in accordance with Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency regulations.
And poison stays off the truck entirely — it endangers pets and kids, it kills things that were never your problem, and it plants a carcass in a wall for you to find by smell. We like animals. We'd simply rather they live somewhere that isn't your insulation.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
You'll have a written quote in hand before we start, built from a free inspection — the price rides on the species, how many entries the house has, and how much repair or cleanup follows. Before hiring anyone (us included), ask two things: does the guarantee cover the home or only the patch, and what are the repairs actually made of?
We answer the phone from 6 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, with some emergency service after hours — and an animal loose in your living space goes straight to the head of the schedule. For those, call (615) 422-5923 instead of the contact form.
Somewhere better than your attic. Each one is trapped or evicted humanely, kept with its young whenever young are present, and handled in accordance with TWRA regulations. Orphaned babies go to licensed wildlife rehabilitators. Nothing is poisoned, and nothing that can legally be relocated is killed.
The exclusion work — sealing and repairs — carries an industry-leading guarantee, in writing. If wildlife breaks back in through a point we protected, the follow-up visit is on us. Get any company's guarantee in writing and read whether it covers the house or just the hole.
Frequently, yes — bat and raccoon damage is covered under many homeowner policies. We photograph and document the damage from inspection through restoration and help you put the claim together so your adjuster has what they need.
Our work is wild animals in and around homes. For cats, dogs, and other pets — or for a wild animal that's hurt or sick — the right call is your city or county animal control, or a licensed wildlife rehabilitator (TWRA publishes a directory). We're glad to point you the right way.
More than 25 years of family experience across three regions of the country. Five stars on Google. Austin Jahner has been featured on CBS News in New York and ABC News in Philadelphia.
Craftsmanship
Austin was raised by a master carpenter, and it shows in every repair — cut to size, colored to blend in, and hard to spot even when you know where to look.
Transparency
A free inspection, then a written quote before a single tool comes out. What we say it costs is what it costs.
Guarantee
A 10-year written guarantee on our exclusion work. If an animal gets back in through something we sealed, we fix it free.
Method
Humane trapping and one-way eviction. Mothers and their young stay together, orphans go to licensed wildlife rehabilitators, and we never put poison in a home. Ever.
